Realize we have bought or sold 9 houses/ condos and moved 16 times. Lots of contact with realtors (on both sides of the transactions). She is top-quality and so good with the elderly. She calmed my mother-in-law's nerves, helped her through the very onerous process of dealing with many legal and HOA documents that were only in my deceased father-in-law's name, and had a really great recommendations for packers, movers electricians and on.

There were a few glitches along the way, but both the ladies guided us through them with ease and got us through it very well!...It took a long time for us to find just the right condo, but their patience and commitment to us exceeded our expectations.
